YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!!! THIS WAS A VERY VERY BAD THING AND I REALLY THINK IT WAS POORLY HANDLED. I OFFERED A SOLUTION ON A PREVIOUS POST BUT I TRULY HOPE IT TURNS INTO A PUBLIC RELATIONS NIGHTMARE. I AM SO UPSET I THINK I AM GOING TO POST ON CNET AND OTHER IT WEBSITES. FOR HAVING ONE OF THE MOST EXPENSIVE APPS. COMPANY LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE INITIATIVES!!

Someone POSTED something in regards to pro-rating the price of the app Truly hope it was NOT the CEO because whoever did it is completely missing the point of the actual inception and reason this PIM APP was developed TIME IS MONEY. LOOK AT IT FROM MY perspective I am a Sales professional and assume I missed to appointments each close would have been a 10% commission on 200k. Now what do you get My point. I don't make 200k selling my not managing my time!!!
