I can confirm this works. Thanks for turning this one around.

I'm using FM and PI on my WM device and configured PI to use one of my FM accounts to send meting invitations. I also configured PI to ask every time -- which it does.
But whatever I answer to the question whether to inform the attendees, FM is starting up and tries to send the updates.
I'm fighting with this "feature" since it is there and it is still in 9.11.
If someone can confirm it's a bug, I would prefer a fixed PI8 since I'm switched to the iPhone as my main platform and don't want to spent more money on WM.

I confirm this bug in the latest PI WM beta. We'll be fixing it for the next build.

While you're at it could you please fix the version that displays in About for those of us that occasionally have a brain burp.

thank you -- that was quick! I find it astonishing that this bug lived for so long. I'm using my old WM device only for testing of my SyncML implementation. Therefore this bug is especially very annoying for me.
It would be nice, if you could fix this in the PI8 branch, too. Just this one change, not intensive QA necessary. An English v8 CAB would be very appreciated here:rolleyes:

I've tried numerous times to dl the new build but keep getting the message "Installation of Pocket Informant_English.WinMobile was unsuccessful." I have a iPaq 211 WM 6.0 and PI 9.10. Any suggestions?
