- If you don't see an answer from me quickly, then know that I'm just really busy getting work done (fixing bugs, creating new features, or just plain trying to manage all of our other engineers on their projects).
- If you need a near immediate response, please contact support.

I am submitting a new build to Apple right now with this fix. I really can't say anything to apologize more on this than writing this note. Its a royal messup on my end and a royal mistake. One of the biggest we could make. I have removed PI from sale from Apple's site until its approved. All I can ask is for your forgiveness and understanding in this.

Thanks Alex -- any chance you can lean on them to release ASAP? I cannot imagine being without PIIP for a week or more......

Its cool, Alex, this is the kind of thing that could happen to anyone. Will we lose all our settings when Apple releases the new build?
Really, Alex, don't beat yourself over it.

I'm having the same issue. Just got home and hit the icon, it started and went straight to the web.

DOH! (Where's that forehead-slap emoticon when you need it?)
Well, it sucks, but not much anyone can do. Let's just home for a speedy approval by Apple.
Thanks for your honestly, Alex! I'm sure we'll survive.

So, like I said Alex, relax. This kind of mistake could happen to anyone.

Hi Alex - having the same thing - suspected it was something expiring within the program. Thanks for owning up - we all make mistakes. Hope it gets fixed soon - I can't sync with iCal so will have to fall back on Google Calendar and Toodledo for now. Good luck with fixing it.... Alan
Suggest you put some kind of notice on the web page the expired app takes you to - so that people will know what is going on....

Alex, having been around this biz for a lot of years I can only feel like stuff happens!
The key right now besides Apple would be some assurances that user data is secure. That is what I keep hearing from my clients and what also seems to be a recurring theme in forum posts.
This too shall pass. Good luck!!
Ken
