I have a valid license for Pocket Informant. However it wont work on a 8330 OS 5.0. It says something like OS is not supported (It does install however). Is there a way around it?

Which version are you installing? You should run the OS 4.7 and up release. That's most likely the problem.

Thanks for the reply Alex.... Im downloading the install files straight from BB App world. Technically it should pick up the correct version. Right?

Or do you recommend downloading the installer from PI's donwload page?

Unfortunately not. It does it by device, and not OS.

Installed the 4.7 OS and above OTA. Its up and running! Thanks a bunch Alex....

Just curious (And i know you have no control over this), why does BB Appworld not download software compatible with the OS that's on your device? Again, Im not complaining but just curious.

I don't know - I've asked them that same question.
