Hidden Option added so that the WebIS folder can be moved to any storage card.
This requires just create a REGISTRY (not Settings.txt) value in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER SoftwareWebISPocketInformant key called "WebIS_Folder".
Then tell it what the root folder is. For example the default will be "My Documents". Note - no ending slash.
You could test this with Storage Card. Or "iPaq File Store".
To complete this option, you must also use the old hidden option for changing Icon paths. Change the HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareWebISPocketInformant value "IconPath" and change that to the folder that the icons will live in such as "iPaq File StoreWebISIcons"
