As CFO/VP, Barton’s duties will include overseeing all administrative and financial responsibilities and creative contributor for product development.

Barton has more than 13 years of experience in various public accounting and financial roles. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Indiana and currently the Controller for Wagner Equipment Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Purdue University, and he has completed his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Denver. He has extensive experience in the audit and consulting of software technology companies in addition to exte nsive experience with implementations of software solutions.
